Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, only if item is damaged or has a manufacturing error. We don't accept returns if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. We will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs. Please email shopsoftsugar@gmail.com with your order number and picture of the item's condition.
